Email is the fastest route for detailed questions and corrections. We answer within one business day, and usually sooner. If your message is about a specific guide, put its title in the subject line so it reaches the right editor without delay.
Prefer a chat? Our WhatsApp line is Phone. It uses an Indonesian number with country code 62 and is the quickest channel for short questions about a guide, a booking detail or a link that will not open.
The line is monitored Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Jakarta time (GMT+7). Outside those hours, leave a message and we will reply on the next business day. The number handles short, practical questions; for detailed corrections or material with attachments, email is better because we can keep a record of screenshots and sources. We never use WhatsApp for marketing messages.
Write to us
For corrections, include the article URL, the sentence you believe is wrong and, where possible, a link to a reliable source. For trip questions, tell us the month, the budget and how long you can travel. For partnership ideas, describe what you propose and how it would help readers, not only how it would promote a brand.
What to include
Travel question: the season, the destination and the kind of trip you want. Correction: the exact URL and a screenshot. Hotel or tour query: the property name, your dates and the quote you received. A short, specific message gets a faster and more useful answer.
We cannot book travel for you, but we can tell you which questions to ask a hotel, a ferry operator or a guide. We do not sell reviews, rankings or positive coverage.
Response times
We aim to reply to genuine messages within one business day. Corrections that affect safety or money are prioritised. If you have not heard back after three working days, send a follow-up; messages occasionally land in the wrong folder. Our handling of any personal data you send is described in our privacy policy, and the rules for using this site are in our terms of service.
